Loved the DVD, and so have pre ordered the book from Amazon

What is the current status of NTSC DVD - I have acouple of friends across the pond who may want a copy

So glad you enjoyed the DVD, Dave. From what I've seen of what Rupert's done with the book, you won't be disappointed there either.

As for the USA, I've just signed a distribution deal with the Disinformation Company of New York and the DVD will be available over there from about May/June next year. I never did have a run of NTSC copies manufactured 'cos the PAL run was all I could afford. However, I do have the capacity to burn one-off NTSC copies to special order if your friends are really desperate!
