Eric Avebury always reminds me of my first father in law who worked for Unesco.. kind, gentle people with a deep religious instinct for right action.. They speak out against injustice and try to change the world by highlighting abuse of power. The problem is of course that, we, through our government, tacitly accept so much wrongdoing if it is to our western advantage.
