I've got my own itinerary for the week, which involves a lot of driving (my partner is unable to walk far, so we tend to drive around a lot), but can always make room for a meet!
I'd suggest you group the sites you want to visit into areas, and make a plan, but don't try to fit too much into each day - that's always my mistake and I end up amending or discarding the plan on the hoof! :-) It's easy to drive around, but the walking to sites does actually take time - for instance, there's a great circular walk, taking in Men an Tol, Men Scryfa, Nine Maidens of Boskednan, Bosiliak Barrow and Lanyon Quoit, but it takes a good couple of hours just to get round, let alone enjoy the sites!
And once you have planned it all out, don't forget to check what else is in the area - you'd hate to miss a doozy!!
Plan, research, plan and re-plan - that's my approach :-)
