I think that's rather funny. And sad. I don't think there will be a migration of folks from here to there though. Most people are polarised over which site they use. There are users who use both sites, though, but to get around this little clause all they have to do is post them on the Portal first and then post them here. Then, at the time they are added to MP, they have not been previously posted elsewhere :-) I wander if they'd want the book back if you asked them to delete everything from the site after receiving it ...
As an aside, I think your description of Andy B as a JC wannabe is a little off target. After all, MP was the first site of its kind. It's a shame it still looks and feels like it was the first of its kind, though.
