I think that's statistically significant and oughta be understood more widely. Cyberspace is dripping with platitudes about public engagement with archaeology and what a jolly thing it is, which might give the impression that we're talking academics and antiquarians, whereas I've known its largely otherwise for long enough. A bit of solid confirmation is something satisfying, for me at least, although it will be instantly dismissed by those engaged in the fiction.
