Mine has been to Men-an-Tol, Chun Quoit, Lanyon Quoit, The Merry Maidens/The Pipers, The Nine Maidens of Boskednan, Halligye Fogou, Boleigh Fogou, Avebury, West Kennet Longbarrow, Silbury Hill, Little Kit's Coty and Coldrum et al in the Medway. I have also in the past taken dogs to The Long Man of Wilmington (fantastic walking country in that part of the world), Glastonbury Tor and Drombeg in Co Cork. Dogs love megaliths and provided they behave themselves and you clear up after them I see no harm in bringing them along to enjoy the day out! Fortunately I seem to pick relatively quiet days to visit these stone type places so there aren't many people around for us to bother. Oh but never take a dog to Stonehenge - she wasn't even allowed out of the car!
