You need to go here and log on...

http://www.headheritage.co.uk/headtohead/

...then select the 'Preferences' link (next to the search box). In here you'll find the opportunity to upload a Head to Head image (I think 'avatar' is the proper name).

I used to just use the TMA interface, but since Holy worked his magic on the H2H interface, I think it has the edge. The only snag I can see is that you can't easily associate a new thread with a site on TMA.
