Ciam Mcliam or TMA Ed, or anyone else, can you help the technophobe bilbob again please? Cian helped me before when I had a similar problem.

Basically I'm downloading my images from my camera to the lap top using Finepix. I'm adjusting the size to 640x480 so they'll fit on TMA. But - When I go to load them on TMA it's saying can only download JPEG's. I've even tried downloading an old image that I've already posted months ago and it won't do that now either. When I go to details it says it the images are classified as a Seriph Photoshop Plus picture?

I did install Seriph Photoshop Plus a few months ago - how has that altered all my files though? How can I now save my images so they'll be accepted? I took some really nice pics of Lynham Barrow and the Hawkstone, Thor Stone and Hoar Stone yesterday. really frustrated I can't post em!!!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Make sure that your filenames are saved in JPEG format and end in ".jpg" otherwise the system won't be able to work out what filetype they are.

Let us know if you have any problems beyond that

Thanks,
TMA Ed.

if the extension is still jpg or jpeg it is probably simply that you need to go into Control Panel then Folder options and change back to the default "opens with" if the deleted program has usurped this

I dont have the finepix software handy but I think you may need to export photos to jpg rather than just save. I will check when I get home. The Seriph software may have sneakily associsated itself with jpg files which means every time you click on a jpg it runs their software, or you could have saved it in a tiff format or something.
