As no one is saying anything, my answer would be no - its just a made up picture, very "English Shire". It reminds me a bit of Heywood Sumner, who's sketches of the landscape round his New Forest home are a visual delight (I've recorded them on my computer but can't show because of Copyright).... he painted Hod and Hambledon Hill as seen from an aerial view....
