That seems right to me. On the Portal, a contributor sent us several pix of carved stone balls from a museum. We assumed that he had permission or there were no restrictions. However, the museum complained, particularly as the quality of the "snatched" photos was not as good as their official photos. I had to agree. Upshot was that we deleted about half and gave them a very prominent link to their website Everyone happy.
