You can pick up a copy of Val Shepherd's 'Historic Wells in and around Bradford' from Spooks on Haworth main street, if you're in the area. It's just over a fiver. It doesn't jst cover Bradford, but parts of Leeds, Kirklees,Calderdale and North Yorkshire too.

She's also written a booklet called 'Holy Wells of West Yorkshire and the Dales', which you can get for less than a fiver from the same shop in Haworth!

...and of course (how did I forget!?) we also have Gyrus' book, "Verbeia: Goddess of Wharfedale" which looks at the mythic history of this water deity. Assumed by most to be of the river Wharfe, this old deity also relates to the waters emerging from Ilkley Moor.
