I'm pretty sure that all copies of it have gone. She only printed a coupla hundred of 'em, but you could contact her via her website to see if she's any old copies left, at:

Alternatively, check out the article by K.J. Bonser - "Spas, Wells & Springs of Leeds" - in the 'Publications of the Thoresby Society, 16:1, 1973, where much of what's in Feorag's booklet can be found in here. You could also try seeking old Edna Whelan's "Yorkshire Holy Wells & Sacred Springs" + her "Magic and Mystery of Holy Wells." Then there's Val Shepherd's "Historic Wells in and Around Bradford," aswell as Rob Wilson's "Holy Wells and Spas of South Yorkshire."
