Check out pages 24-25! Its Magheraghanrush (fit for the pronunciation thread too!) and the pics in the book are great, its also on the back cover. The photo of Reanascreana on P68 is exceptional, looks like I'm going to try and track this circle down tomorrow if the weather's ok but it sounds like a tough 'un to locate from all reports (someone got me a gps for xmas so I cant go and get one yet!). Love the photo of the Giants Ring on P65 too, about the only pic I've ever seen that gives an idea of the size of the banks and the tomb in the middle.

What, like this?

Reenascreena's easy. Go to the farmhouse (not the bungalow on the road) and ask. They might send you over the fence or back down to the road. There is a gate opposite the bungalow where you can park. Go through the gate on the other side of the bungalow to the track to the farm and head straight up the hill. Go through the gate in the corner and walk 'til you see it. When I was there last the grass was 'stone-high' !

Oops, time for me to put my reading specs on ;-)

I couldn't find it, will be interested to see any pics if you do, interesting to compare if the site has changed in the intervening time. Speaking of which, Drombeg on p.66 looks a lot better without the grey gravel, doesn't it?

My fave pic in that book is Aughnacliff, the impossibility of the balance of that capstone is something I'd love to see for myself.
