I can't wait to see if the excavation at Stenness goes ahead next year. 2 years running, my rods have found "something" about halfway between the corner of the flat stone of the altar and the cist, but I haven't a clue what it could be. I'd be delighted if something shows up there when they geophyz it, but I'll not be devastated if it doesn't as they don't always react to physical things.

I won't mention the L word in case it sparks further posts here ;-)
