Dark Ages:- The Megalithic Portal http://www.megalithic.co.uk/ has a good collection of Pictish carvings and a growing number of ancient crosses, carved slabs etc. So far we have avoided churches, but will soon be taking in earthworks, settlements etc. Crosses and Pictish carvings have been sorted into site pages and appear on the Megalithic Map. Other Dark Age stuff is awaiting attention but photos prior to proper site write ups can be seen in the Dark Age Gallery.

Roman:- Shropshire Traveller is our Roman enthusiast and he is collecting Roman photos. These are being sorted in the Roman Gallery which will be available soon.

Coverage of Dark Age and Roman sites is intended to be international
