Hi S'Mark
Yeah I had this problem when i went to see the hunebedden, and the way round it I found was to host the images on my own website and point the links in my weblogs to the pics on my website. Then i realised that with a simple html tag <img src="http://www.nameofyourFrenchpiccyhere.jpg" />
(dunno, if you know anything about html, I certainly don't, i only speak 'schoolgirl' html) you can get the images to appear in your weblogs.

One way of doing it, might be to use one of those online photoalbums (something like yahoo perhaps?http://uk.photos.yahoo.com/) to upload your lovely French images to, then using the image source html tag to point the browser to those, et, voila! they appear as if by magic in your weblog....

Does any of that make any sense at all?

Bugger, tried to describe the html tag to you but the bleeding browser has picked it up as image not known!

Its this:

I'll have to play when I get home. Got some serious writing to do too.
While I'm here I thought I'd tell Y'all what happen the other day. I went to the allee coudee at Luffang near Crach, which was one the home of one of the most famous Goddess figurine carved stones of this area, and it was incredible. Bereft of all it's capstones this wondeful dolmen has a bend of almost 90degrees in the passage and is similar in plan to les Pierres Plats nearby. Anyway I had a good old hang there and took some photos and was truly enriched by the sense of place and one could almost see thoudands of years of visitors being equally amazed.
Then I went to another nearby dolmen (Parc something or other). As soon as I found the first dolmen (there are supposed to be two) I was overtaken by an wierd feeling of fear. Nothing like this had ever happened before. It actually took all my strength tho hang enough to photograph the thing before I had to leg it back to the car and drive hell for leather home.
It was wierd cos I was convinced that something had happened to my sick grandmother or something and I had to get to the phone to check.
Now I'm not big on this kind of pschic stuff but that was one of the wierdest experiences Ive ever had at a site.
What do you think of that?
