Stonehenge Apocalypse

A mass pile up on the A303? Carnage at the summer solstice? Visitor centre gets vacuum cleaner sponsor?

Oh my God, Ziller! - Monday 12th July @ 8 p.m. sees the UK premier of the SYFY movie, Stonehenge Apocalypse (2010)

When a group of archaeologists dig up a human skeleton near the historical monument of Stonehenge, an ancient piece of machinery hidden beneath the bedrock is discovered. Not knowing what it could be the workers accidentally trigger the mechanism and start a chain of events that may very well end the world as we know it...

I saw about 10 minutes at the begining. The dreadful fake Stonehenge and the even worse acting put me off so I gave up! faerygirl Posted by faerygirl

I could have made a better Stonehenge than the one they threw together,
I still watched it all though, her from Stargate Atlantis was in it, who said good acting makes a good film, Viva la B movie (and C's and D's)

Xarixian, in his review writes......

Misha Collins brings a lot of feeling and reality into his role. The sheer emotion behind the words "It was a robot head" still gets to me despite having seen this film several times already.

I haven't seen a film this good since 2009's 'My Bloody Valentine'.

Warning: Made to be watched while drunk*.

*Unconcious.
