Winter Hill Cairn (Cairn(s)) by Devine Winter Hill Cairn. Initially excavated in 1958, this Bronze Age Barrow has been dated to c. 1500 BC. The structure is described as being 2.5m in diameter and being encircled by a kerbstone ring approximately 19m in diameter. Though little remains now, fragments of the central barrow, as well as small sections of curved lines of stones can still be traced amongst the tufts of grass.
