Moel Eilio

Moel Eilio (Cairn(s)) by GLADMAN Time to go.... looking west(ish) toward the Eifionydd upon the cairn as the short October day draws in, the brilliant blue sky of morning long since replaced by an angry, brooding example. The skyline is well cairned.... from Moel Hebog's little cemetery to the far left to the Nantlle Ridge and Mynydd Mawr sweeping to the right.

Nice shot of what the weather is like in the mountains. Lots of other good pics, too, in your other Snowdonia photos. Saves commenting on all of 'em!

Thanks TE. The windchill up here made it arguably one of the coldest walks I've undertaken in my 'career' to date. Never had to wear four layers on the legs before. Probably because I'm getting old and sit around more simply watching. Despite the damage, a monster cairn, this. GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN
