Filmmaker Fraser Kent; "Promised Land"; and "SOLDIER BLUE"

Hello, all! I was reading through the booklet of 2009's Deluxe Edition of Peggy Suicide, and was intrigued by some of the images included; they are cited as each coming from films: Fraser Kent's "Promised Land" and Fraser Kent's "SOLDIER BLUE".
The first of the two, it explains, was filmed by acclaimed mainstream cinematographer, Seamus McGarvey, who took also a personal photo of Julian, so I presume they know, or knew, one another. I know Fraser Kent knew Julian Cope, as Cope appears in the "SOLDIER BLUE" still.

I can't find anything online that mentions one Fraser Kent (including searching the BFI archives), and "Promised Land" doesn't appear in Seamus McGarvey's filmography on IMDb, nor anywhere else.
It would be much appreciated if any of you could help me out as to who Fraser Kent is/was, and what his connection to Julian is, and where I might find films of his.

Attached are links to scans of the photos to which I am referring.

Many thanks,
Reuben
