even Will (our 4 year old) had the sense to say "they shouldn't be burning the old stones should they?"...makes you wonder what their mental age is...
Sue and I were aghast. deffo agree that even the unhewn stones are part of the landscape of Avebury. what were they thinking???
I was keeping an eye open to see if Pete appeared anywhere, I thought we might see one of your boots in the background somewhere!
