Stern (who is an economist) helped to quantify risk (to monetary equivalents of value) with respect to Climate Change. There are ways that this could be done with archaeology. However, if you believe that there are better methods of assessing value (that would be accepted by a major project inquiry), then your contribution would definitely be welcomed by a consultation.
