That last stone's lovely.
Stan was a bit peppery on the phone and he's finishing another book - on Northumbrian rock art - so we are to visit some of the Knarsdale stones early in the New Year.
He doesn't consider the holes that are 'drilled' to be cupmarked so I'll try and dissuade him from that view ! Please expect fireworks...
