If the farmers are paid £420 a hectare not to grow crops it could mean a lot less crop circles in the area and a lot less tourists stomping all over the place! :)
On the other hand we'll miss the ploughed fields showing old barrows etc
Sometime Horslip barrow is very visible as a growing crop mark and the Cursus near Windmill hill comes into view after ploughing.
