It was nice to see the Barge lit up on the outside as darkness fell at Adam's Grave, and headlights snake their way up the hill then on towards Boreham. The George at Hilcot is long gone, the New Inn at Marden now the foodie Millstream, so it'll have to be the Swan at Wilcot or Barney's (Kings) at All Cannings for that pint of 6X! Not that I drink the odd pint you understand.
And what were you doing up at Adams Grave at night? eh? eh? :)
I never had a chance to try the 'Croppie' ale at the Barge. Was it any good?
