It makes me wonder if people objected to having a 12ft stone erected way back when. 'Spoiling the view'. There is no point in studying the past if we are afraid to go forward. I don't know whether the turbine is absolutely necessary, or the finer detail of the proposal, so there may well be a case against it for other reasons but based upon what I have seen here it seems to me a fuss about very little. If it was genuinely detrimental to the landscape it would be glaringly obvious to all. It just doesnt bother me in the slightest but I would like to hear others views.
