It's incorrect btw, my opinion is based upon visits to the site, and common sense.


Because if you go and sit at the stood up two, with it in mind that the stone may have been stood you when the marks were put on it, it will make more sense, sit against it and pretend to rub it with an imaginary axe to see [at stood up and laid down sites], sorry if you didn't read it say this, i did but not sure where, but i bet when you were there you assumed the stones to be laid down, and sorry i didn't mean to patronise, it just happens very naturally.




I've said twice now that i've spent more than enough time at each of the sites to form an opinion, And my opinion is in (polishing) use they would be recumbent. Btw, No need for an imaginary axe, i have a very real one. :)


I only meant imaginary as in you wouldn't touch the polishers would you?



Of course i've touched it, i've even sat on the non worked part, In an experimental way.
I've never rubbed an axe on it, Of course.
