No one said stood up, it sounds like you're taking the mickey, how did you know my friend was just like a neolithic person!!!! No sat down next to the stone leaning against it, rubbing against it is easier than rubbing down, rubbing down you get more pressure but it wears you out quickly, against is less pressure but you can do it all day without the pains you get leaning over something and rubbing, oh er!!
