No doubt the same will happen at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Eiffel Tower (the view from those is said to be very good as well :-) as it has at Altamira and Lascaux. It’s called sustainability – without it we’re in danger of destroying the very things we care for. I'm only really saying that the archaeologists nearly have destroyed it, and just because of over population i pretty much agree with you on the rest you wrote.
