Well I know a Quango that'll hope not - for very coincidentally English Heritage has just published a guidance paper for planners on the setting of heritage assets. They've obviously been up all night doing it and as they say - “Intentional inter-visibility between heritage assets, or between heritage assets and natural features, can make a particularly important contribution to significance.
