Charities and Outside Agencies aside, there is no emphatically no will or desire amongst the ruling elite, regardless of which vague 'side' of the same club they sit on. Exactly the opposite. They are united in one cause - corporate and personal profit, vote catching, prejudice pandering, consumerism, lies, obfuscation, all in pursuit of 'jam today' and bugger tomorrow, who cares anyway.
