Well, it certainly might be worth checking out, on the ground. In spring, rather than autumn, before there are leaves on the trees, to obscure the view.

Regardless of the obvious problems , see below , even a marked rock with a an accurate relationship to a hill top and Thom paradigm event wouldn't be grounds for considering intentionality .

At the latitude of Slaggyford there are two areas , to the north and south ,both extending to approx 66 degrees of the horizon where the sun and moon never sets or rises . The remainder of the horizon ,228 degrees (360 minus 132 degrees ) is where the Thom paradigm events and directions can be measured i.e 2 equinoxes , 4 solstices , 4 major standstills ,4 minor standstills and 4 cross quarter days .

If each of these directions were given a leeway of 4.7 degrees of declination (amounting to over 8 degrees of azimuth either side of the correct bearing ) which you find acceptable in the Kip Law example then it would mean literally any thing you suggested aligning with anything in the area else would fit one of these Thom paradigm events , 16 degrees of leeway x18 events is greater than the available number of degrees on the horizon horizon . If that’s not bad enough the one you picked yesterday was actually impossible as the sun doesn’t set that far north .
If you can think like that there are no common grounds for discussion .
