However I found Raedykes a real hidden treasure... ditto the Clune Hill RSC off the B9077 near Kirkton of Durris (the Garrol Wood and Esslie circles are also nearby - three for the price of one). Nearer Aberdeen there are the Aquhorthies circles, with Dyce (Tyrebagger) just to the NW a real beauty.

Innumerable others in the not too distant locality (Balgorkar, Loanhead, East Aquthorties, Balquain)... perhaps my favourite, though, is the circle at Sheldon. Have a good one.


Raedykes is a wee bit special for me as I had real "ancestors " who lived there .
