No fee. Alright, so you still can't touch the stones, but at least you don't have to pay the obscene charges levelled by rip-off EH. They now charge you to park your car in the car park as well. A buoycott would sort it out, but too many foreign tourists view it as something to see so they can say they've "done Britain." Go for a walk through the wider landscape instead, it's great.
