I'll make this one my last comment, because Ive drifted off topic (sorry folks, my fault).

If you apply a 10-15% tolerance to the guidelines on focal distance, camera angles etc you'll still get excellent results. We broke so many photogrammetric rules on NADRAP but proved the robustness of the technique.
