Utopia does'nt exist so we all have to live with whats on offer, did like that bit about the public/private carparks... He seemed to me rather ill informed, as though he was just making it up as he went along. One point, at solstice you won't be using the Lion car park or paying a fee to do so to use the public toilets, as you probably know, the Lion car park is fenced off during solstice.
