I chose not to continue with two threads because I was not sure if individuals were just trying to get a rise at the expense of reasonable debate or whether they were trolling! I haven't the time or patience at the moment. I would not presume that because a post "gets a rise" that it is a 'Troll' posting. People who post are from many and varied educational backgrounds.
