| Think the answer is no to both, the Carreg Samson long barrow seems focussed on the little valley up from the sea and the island in front, also if you look from (the cairn?) at cerrig lladron and take a line from there, probably Mynydd Cilciffeth would stand in the way, which also has cairns at the summit...
