Would that be the same Charles Mallett who runs the Silent Circle Resource Centre here - http://www.silentcircle.co.uk/ and reported in the Bristol Evening Post on 11 July 2008 as saying (about the Silent Circle Resource Centre),

“I've run the centre for the past few years from the cafe just a couple of miles from here,” the 37-year-old explains. “But this is a much larger building, with better facilities. It was formerly the skittle barn for the neighbouring White Horse Inn in fact, you can still see the bowling alley on the floor.

“But it's ideal for our purpose. It's a place where people can come and find all the books on the subject, or access the internet to find out about the latest circles. It also means there's a hub for crop circle research. Wiltshire is such a hotbed of crop circle activity, it's only fitting there should be somewhere people can come to as a starting point when they want to discover more about crop circles for themselves."?

"...it's only fitting there should be somewhere people can come to as a starting point when they want to discover more about crop circles for themselves." Hmm... people are entitled to believe what they like as long as it doesn't impact adversely on others, but if Mr Mallett gets the go ahead on this I wonder if the wall in front of the Coach House (the building he's planning to use) will be removed and if the public loos in the same building will also face closure.
