I've read on Megalithomania that the owner is refusing access to this site at the moment. I'm guessing from the lack of fieldnotes, discussions and photos about this site that not many people are getting there...

I'm planning some trips into Carlow in the coming weeks...anybody know if the owner is still refusing access...I don't want to go all the way there and not get to see it. Apart from the stone pair at Rathglass I've got to most place nearby so it would be a rather wasted trip...

Take a canoe and go up the river :-)

Alternatively, give it a go. As I recall, he doesn't grow crops - he's a sheep farmer. I think Ken gave it a go, but got nowhere.

I was allowed up by his son while he was out. He came back as I was leaving and scowled a bit. I spoke to him briefly and he seemed like a really nice man in a hurry to get rid of me.
