| I think I've got everything Capercaillie and Julie Fowlis ever did. Julie Fowlis has been a singer with quite a few bands' I love my ipod, whole collection goes with me anywhere and transmits my music over any sound system. I've played music when I get to sites sometimes. Some meditations involve sensory overload; when you sit there spiralling out to sounds that move you with your eyes closed. Then you turn it off and open your eyes, and tune into your heightened awareness of everything around you.
