I had an Avebury 'first' this very day; finally got to see the polisher stone after several failed attempts at finding it. PeteG kindly led me up there and I'm afraid I did that 'tourist' thing and asked him to take a photo of me with the polisher stone in the foreground. He took the photo then said 'look behind you' ... the Red Arrows flew by at that very moment (there was an RAF display taking place at Lyneham). Magic or what ...
