The new transport theory is totally theoretical I'm afraid and personally I think it unlikely, however I have included it in the book because I believe it is possible and furthermore I think I could make it work.
That is not to say I believe that is how the sarsens may have been transported, only that it is possible and if proven and accepted would make stone-rowing redundent for the most part.
