Me too - ever since catching sight of a photograph in an I-Spy Archaeology book (which I still have!) when I was about 5, and largely unable to read and understand, I have been fascinated by it. I always thought it showed a cat, until i was able to read the legend, and discover it was a horse. A true thing of beauty and mystery. It conveys such a feeling of dynamism, magic and pure age, its truly hypnotic.
