Seriously, I now think my days of building in stone are over. I have blotted my copybook with Arts Council, certainly NorthEast, by taking them to the Ombudsman over what is and what isn't art. They don't even reply to me anymore. Which could be the subject of complaint but - why bother? Many artists use or incorporate or celebrate found objects. Why, or how, can this be 'allowed' if it is a scrumpled packet of cigarettes but not allowed if it is a burial mound or a stone circle? (This morning I found both a bike and an allotment garden - which of these is art?) Thanks for your suggestion though. I could do it with film, perhaps, or radio.
