I've been to Glencolumcille before and seen most of the megalithic sites in the area. I've yet to go around the full Pattern, though. It'd be nice to see the the RA in the souterrains when I do visit there again.

You're right, it's a beautiful place, but then most of Ireland is a beautiful place!

I checked Mark Clintons book souterains over the weekend. It has a picture of one of them which it calls the base of a cross carvings and it mentions that three/four others have been found recently but that they are all ealry christian. I'll post the exact reference this evening if it is of any use.
