In the meantime look out for my new book: 'Cadbury Castle: The Hillfort and its Landscapes', due from Tempus in August. It deals with the results of archaeological work around the hillfort from 1992 to 2007, integrating it with the data from Leslie Alcock's famous excavations (1966-70).
