The simple answer is:"Yes." It's in an urban setting, within a well maintained park. My eyes did light up when I first saw the stones. Then I looked around and thought:"Whoever has done this has gone too far." To the residents' credit, there's no broken bottles or litter, as we'd usually find in such a modern setting.
