Everyone knows that the vinegar goes to the left and the salt (cerebos of course) to the right unless of course your using a non brewed condiment when the protocol is that it is passed across the table in opposition to the pan yan and the daddies.
However, if you use chop sauce then the vinegar must always follow the gerkin in front of the pickled egg.
