New big book of stones

'Temples of Stone: Exploring the Megalithic Tombs of Ireland'
Carleton Jones.

Just came across this book in Waterstones, published in the last few weeks. It's big and crammed full of info on a large number of sites as well as some interesting interpretive essays. Same guy who wrote the excellent 'The Burren and the Arran Islands: Exploring the Archaeology'.
Looks good, seems a good read for the armchair antiquarian but too bulky for taking out with you. Also has directions to a dozen or so sites in each county. Photos are decent snapshots mixed with the usual 'official' photos from the OPW and Heritage Council, lots of drawings, diagrams and reconstructions of grave finds etc. also.

As could be deduced from the title however, there's nothing on stone circles or rock art.
